Angled fibre tips remove debris effectively from the wound by actively loosening debris and exudate, the fibres absorb and retain debris preserving already intact tissue without leaving fibres in the wound bed. The fibre composite also removes skin flakes and keratosis from skin surrounding the wound. Soft fibres ensure virtually painless application, increasing patient acceptance. Available in both pad and wand form. Wand is most commonly used for deep wounds. Supplied sterile.
